The Great BMW 8 Series Luxury coupe Detail Specification And Pictures

This is the car that formed the basis of the sketch BMW teased recently. 
This is the BMW 8-Series Concept, and it is distinctly, unapologetically, and thankfully very much a coupe. You might remember the 8-Series from way back in the 90s when it was a V8 and V12 powered wedge with pop-up headlamps and a look that was kind of M1-on-steroids.

This 8-Series is more of a next generation 6-Series that was photocopied on 120 percent. It's imposing, but also sleek, with a massive, curved kidney grille, narrow headlights, and what seems like a very low hood. Out back we have some good looking OLED taillights, like in the M4 GTS.
The interior actually looks closer to production than we expected. While there is a wheel that'll clearly not make it when the car gets built, the gauges, shifter, iDrive, center console, and pretty much everything else looks like something from a regular car.

2018 Volvo XC60 gains a new suspension setup, new engines, an available plug-in hybrid variant, and a new exterior design featuring Volvo’s signature T-shaped LED accents.
The 2018 XC60 will be offered in three powertrain options including a 2.0-liter turbo-four in the T5, a 2.0-liter super- and turbocharged I-4 in the T6, and a 400-hp plug-in hybrid that couples the T6’s engine to an electric motor. Expect the base 2.0-liter turbo-four to be rated around 250 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, with the super- and turbocharged 2.0-liter I-4 checking in at 316 hp and 295 lb-ft. An eight-speed automatic transmission should be the only gearbox available across the entire lineup. Volvo also says that the lighter and smaller XC60 plug-in hybrid should be able to travel more miles in EV mode compared to the heavier XC90.
The 2018 Volvo XC60 marks the first major redesign of the crossover since its introduction about nine years ago. A quick glance reveals many XC90 design elements, from the awesome "Thor's Hammer" headlights to the general silhouette. Out back, the taillights are largely vertical, reminiscent of the XC90. But there's a bit of V90-style horizontal in there, too.

The McLaren F1 is a sports car designed and manufactured by McLaren Cars.The car features numerous proprietary designs and technologies; it is lighter and has a more streamlined structure than many modern sports cars, despite having one seat more than most similar sports cars, with the driver's seat located in the centre (and slightly forward) of two passengers' seating positions, providing driver visibility superior to that of a conventional seating layout. It features a powerful engine and is somewhat track oriented, but not to the degree that it compromises everyday usability and comfort.

It was conceived as an exercise in creating what its designers hoped would be considered the ultimate road car. Despite not having been designed as a track machine, a modified race car edition of the vehicle won several races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995, where it faced purpose-built prototype race cars. Production began in 1992 and ended in 1998.

In all, 106 cars were manufactured, with some variations in the design."The McLaren F1 is the finest driving machine yet built for the public road." They further stated, "The F1 will be remembered as one of the great events in the history of the car, and it may possibly be the fastest production road car the world will ever see.

In 2005, Channel4 placed the car at number one on their list of the 100 greatest cars, calling it "the greatest automotive achievement of all time". In popular culture, the McLaren F1 has earned its spot as 'The greatest automobile ever created' and 'The Most Excellent Sports Car Of All Time' amongst a wide variety of car enthusiasts and lovers.

2017 Cadillac XT5

The XT5 is the second Cadillac model to arrive since the brand learned to speak with a New York accent (albeit an affected Soho dialect) and it's a key pillar to the brand's chances at worldwide success. In 2015, the final year of sales for the five-year-old SRX, Cadillac managed to sell almost 100,000 of them around the world – no small feat for a model about to be replaced, and proof of the crossover's relative freshness and its popularity in export markets like China.

Like the SRX that precedes it, the XT5 will be available with either front- or all-wheel drive (a $2,645 option), but that's one of few commonalities with the outgoing model. A new, lighter chassis helps the XT5 shed about 300 pounds, although Cadillac favors high-strength steel for bodywork and leaves aluminum for the engine and interior trim. In line with the revised brand guidelines for naming, SRX evolved into XT5, leaving room for larger and smaller utility vehicles to eventually join the lineup.

That's one way of explaining the evolutionary exterior styling of the XT5, which maintains the wedgy profile of the SRX but grafts on the new corporate face previewed by the CT6 sedan. Boomerang-style taillights bend, as on the ELR and SRX, and a lengthwise character line connects front and back with more grace than before. Most XT5 trim levels share a common front fascia, while the top-level Platinum has a brighter-looking grille and front skid plate. The overall look is that of a more refined SRX, and that's no bad thing for any of that model's fans – or any aficionados of the retired CTS Wagon. In short, you'll know that an XT5 isn't an SRX when you first see one, although the differences are harder to tell when the two are parked side by side.

The 2016 Camaro offers a turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine rated at 275 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. It will hustle to 60 miles per hour in 5.4 seconds, gets up to 31 miles per gallon on the highway, and in the words of chief engineer Al Oppenheiser, it's a "no-excuses" engine.

That's a cliché, but he's right. Driving the Camaro 2.0T is not something you need to apologize for as an enthusiast. The sports car has plenty of power, handles well, and it even sounds decent for a turbo four (okay, that's an excuse). It's a different kind of energy for the Camaro, and it underscores the car's transition from hefty American muscle to something more sinewy and sophisticated.

We tested the four-banger on the curvy street course at Spring Mountain in Nevada, and then navigated the dusty desert roads leading to Death Valley in California. We even hopped in a convertible, which like its hardtop sibling is better and more refined than before. Four cylinders are fine with the top down, too.

2017 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro

The A4 has been the backbone of Audi's lineup and key in its resurgence in the post-Unintended Acceleration days. This car has managed to build up a successful following by being an alternative to the more popular BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class while being nearly as good, if not actually better, than the competition. Audi chose to stake a claim in simple clothes covering technology that was more intuitive than some, being different without being difficult.

But Audi is as much a part of the establishment as its big rivals now, so it's not getting any alternative breaks anymore. It's the young tech startup that's finally a grownup – and learned to dress like one.

While Jonathon Ramsey got to drive this new A4 last fall in Italy, Audi sent me to San Diego last week to drive the US-spec model that goes on sale in a couple of weeks. And, in short, if you liked the old A4, you'll really like this one.

But the low weight and excess power allows the Swede to catch up and pass Bugatti's finest on the high end. The Koenigsegg hits 124 mph in 6.6 seconds compared to the Bug's 6.5-second time. But the Regera monsters the Chiron to 186 mph. The Bugatti takes 13.5 seconds to hit that loony speed, while the Koenigsegg does the deed in a frightening 10.9 seconds. Think about that – the Regera is 2.6 seconds faster to 186. That's scary speed and it gets scarier. Koenigsegg has built a car that will go from zero to 248 mph in 20 seconds.

Kia says its goal with the Niro is to provide a vehicle that doesn't behave or look like a typical gas-electric vehicle, and create a new segment by combining hybrid efficiency with a body that boasts crossover traits. The result is what the Korean automaker is calling a hybrid utility vehicle -- simply put, a small hybrid crossover. The Niro is based on a new dedicated eco-car platform, which will also underpin the upcoming Hyundai Ioniq, a Toyota Prius-fighting hatchback. The architecture uses high-strength steel in keys areas like the A- and B-pillars and roof rails, yielding a structure that is both strong and lightweight. In all, 53 percent of the Niro's bones are made from advanced high-strength steel.

Ford shows Explorer two ways in Chicago

First, the Explorer XLT gets a Sport Appearance Package, pictured above. It's basically an Explorer Sport without the twin-turbo V6. Instead, the XLT model with its naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 gets 20-inch wheels, a new grille, mirror caps, and a rear applique all done in Magnetic Gray. There's also a black roof rack, side cladding, and Explorer badge, with dark leather inside. The big win is the addition of Sync 3 for the 2017 Explorer. We hated the outdated MyFord Touch system in our review of the 2016 Explorer Sport, so we're really happy about this upgrade.

The second Explorer on display is a collaboration between Ford and BraunAbility for a wheelchair-accessible version of the popular crossover. It's available with base, XLT, or Limited versions of the Explorer, all powered by the aforementioned 3.5-liter V6. A sliding door moves to reveal a lighted ramp, and inside, the driver and passenger seats can be removed. An integrated key fob controls everything electronically, and Ford even offers a tow package on the BraunAbility MXV.
